How to Use Cucusoft iPad Video Converter Suite

1.Download and install Cucusoft iPad Video Converter Suite.

2.Start the Cucusoft DVD converter either through the icon on the desktop, or through the "Start" menu in windows. The main program window will open, displaying the basic conversion options.

3.Select the format of the video you would like to create from the "Profile" menu, which is located on the right side of the window. There will be several formats listed, and the choice you make will determine the quality and the size of the resulting video, as well as its compatibility with devices other than the iPad.

4.Choose the desired options for resizing and cropping the video from the two boxes below the "Profile" menu. For example, if the input video is letter-boxed, you may want to crop the video so that it fills more of your iPad's screen.

5.Select the location into which you would like the output video to be saved, by clicking the button next to the "Output File" box and navigating to the correct directory.

6.Insert a DVD movie into the DVD-ROM Drive of your computer. After the disc is recognized, press the "Cancel" button in the "Autoplay" dialog box that windows will display.

7.Press the button labeled "Open DVD" in the Cucusoft converter. Cucusoft will fast-forward to the DVD menu and begin playing the film.

8.Click the convert button, and a new window will open, with conversion options for the current movie.

9.Enter a name for the output file, and select the directory in which it will be stored. Using the slider in the middle of the window, choose the quality, size, and bit rate of the converted movie.

10.Choose the point at which to begin recording, and press the "Yes" button to begin the conversion. Depending on the performance of your computer, it may take quite a while, even many hours, for the Cucusoft iPad Converter to finish the job. Then the movie is ready to be transferred to your iPad.


Use the Cucusoft iPad Video Converter

1.Start the Cucsoft iPad Video Converter. The program will display two windows when it opens. The first is where all of the conversion options are set, and the second is a video preview window.

2.Press the button labeled "Open File" to select the video clip that you would like to convert. If you would like to convert more than one video at a time, you may select multiple videos by clicking the "Open File" button several times.

3.Select the desired format of the output video by selecting the correct setting in the "Profile" box.

4.Choose the desired option for cropping and resizing the input video.

5.Select the directory in which you would like the new files to be created.

6.Press the convert button. A status box at the bottom of the window will give you information about the current file that is being converted. After the videos are processed, you may exit the Cucusoft iPad Video Converter suite, and transfer the new files to your iPad.
